When will my course start?As soon as you book we process your order within 24 business hours and send you a course agreement to clarify your specific requirements. As soon as you return this online we allow ourselves 28 days to prepare your course. You can start 7 days after the final arrangements are made and your balance is paid. *More often that not, you will start your course much sooner than the 28 days.

What if I do not use all my course hours?When you book an intensive course with us, you will jointly prepare your course schedule with your allocated course driving instructor. All your hours will be scheduled and used. In the unlikely even some are missed it may be possible to return the equivalent fees, however, if the hours have been missed by short notice cancellations by the customer they are typically non-refundable.

Is an intensive driving course the same as a crash driving course?Yes, the only difference is the local terminology for it.

What course is best for me?All learners vary in the speed they pick up new skills. However, there is a general opinion that 48 hours with an instructor and an additional 20 hours with family and friends. Those taking an intensive driving course over a number of days are more often ready during the allocated hours due to the repetitive process over a short burst of time.

Can I take my course in my own car?Yes, you can take a course and test in your own car providing it is fit for purpose, road worthy with the correct legal obligations of tax, MOT and insurance.

I am a nervous driver, is an intensive course right for me?There is no definitive answer for this. An intensive driving course is all your lessons booked and fulfilled over a short burst of days, from 2 to 6 hours each day. Often, nerves are overcome due to this as there is no delay between sessions to build up any unwanted anxieties.

What if I need more hours than I booked?It is very important to book the right course for you from the start and we always advise to go one course higher to ensure you reach a safe independent standard building up to your driving test. If however you have booked the advised course and your instructor deems you not ready to drive independently we will look to move your driving test and help you secure more hours with your course driving instructor. In some cases, if this is decided too late the test fee may be lost and you will need to pay £62 for another.

Can I choose how many hours I complete each day?At My Intensive Course we understand that we all have different and busy lives so our course driving instructors are more than happy to accommodate your requests. However, this does need to be decided in the "course scheduling" stage as your course driving instructor will need to fill their diary with other customers alongside your hours to make up a full working day.

What is an intensive driving course?An intensive driving course is a method of taking driving lessons and reaching a safe driving standard within a matter of days / weeks. This is much different from the standard format of 1 to 2 hours per week.

Are your courses guaranteed passes?No, there is NO WAY in the UK to guarantee a test pass! Anyone offering this is committing an offence. The result of the driving test is dependant entirely on your performance on the driving test. All UK examiners are government employees who are there only to asses your standard and provide a decision on the outcome of your driving test.

What is included in my intensive driving course?You will recieve all but one hour of tuition on the respective course duration you book as this is reserved for the driving test and the use of the tuition car for the test. You will also be provided with one driving test unless you book the, "pass master" course as this includes up to three driving tests. My Intensive Course will also manage your entire course from booking to passing, making all the arrangements along the way.

Does my course need to be "intensive"?My Intensive Course are the UK's only provider that allows out learner drivers to customise their own schedule with the course driving instructor. You can chose from 2 - 6 hours a day over consecutive days, go semi-intensive where you will book multiple sessions each week or even customise your hours directly with your course instructor.

Why do I need to sign a course agrement?When you book an intensive driving course there are many elements to prepare that take hours of preparation, negotiations, instructor contracts and sourcing of driving / theory tests. So, when you book we ask you to confirm you booked this course knowing and understanding the process along with accepting the terms and conditions.

Can I open a corporate account?Yes, you can open a business account with My Intensive Course.

Will the price change during my course?No, the price you are quoted at the point of booking is the total price you will pay. Even if we increase the prices during your time with us, My Intensive Course will always honour the original booking price.

Can I pay by cash?Sadly no, we are on online business so unless you are close to the office and able to drop it in we can not accept cash. However, you can consider one of the following options. We can provide you bank details for you to pop to a local branch and pay money in directly Ask a family or friends to call / go online and make the payment on your behalf Send a cheque by post (this will take a few days to clear). What is the 14 day cooling off period?When booking an intensive driving course with us, we offer a 14 day cooling off period if you change your mind for any reason. It is not what we want but we understand sometimes our plans and circumstances change. However, after 14 consecutive days the course deposit becomes, non-refundable for any circumstances as we have by this point completed a lot of work preparing your intensive driving course.

How does my deposit become non-refundable during the 14 day cooling off period?When a customer books we anticipate they intend to fulfil their course. Therefore, we start the process of fulfilling the course elements ready for you to start. During the first 14 days, you may recieve offered theory or driving test dates, or even accept being paired with one of our course instructors. In any of these instances, you will waive your right to a full refund as the course will be deemed as Live and non-refundable.

What is a balance payment?When booking an in tensive driving course with us you are only required to pay a deposit at the point of booking. The reason is to keep the initial cost as low as possible. However, if you wish to pay in full, simply select the option to recieve a payment link now. You course coordinator will send you a payment link to complete the transaction.

Can I pay by instalments?Yes, here at My Intensive Course we appreciate everyone's personal circumstances are different for a number of reasons but believe everyone should have access to our intensive driving courses. You will need to pay the course deposit and agree to a payment structure for the balance. For example, if you book a 30 hour course and your balance is £1200. You can split this over 3 - 6 payments. However, you can not go into areas on the lessons. So, if you pay £400 for the first period, you can schedule up to 10 of the hours.

Can I buy an intensive driving course as a gift?Yes, we provide hundreds o courses every year as gifts. And, within our, "customise my course" option, you have the chance to tell us who it is for, what occasion and when we should contact them, so not to spoil the surprise! Each starter pack is tailored to the preferences on the booking.

Do your prices include VAT?Yes, all VAT associated with your intensive driving course is included in the course deposit. If you are VAT registered you can request an invoice to claim the VAT back.

Do you have a finance option?Yes, we currently have two finance options: Klarna Pay later with PayPal Both are arranged at checkout.

Do I need to pay for my course in full?No, we have a tired payment structure: Deposit - payable on booking. Balance - payable no less than 7 days before your confirmed start date. *Please note, should you wish to pay in full, the booking receipt will still show as two items.

Why can't I pay in full right away?All courses are made up of two amounts. The deposit - this is a VAT inclusive amount that covers the course arrangement, tests and resources. The balance payment - this is a non-VAT amount covering the balance of the course instructors fee.

How does your money back guarantee work?Here at My Intensive Course we are the nations leading provider of intensive driving courses. And as such, we have developed a formular for success when it comes to building your course. We believe if we fail to prepare your course within 28 days of signing your course agreement we are morally obliged to offer you a full refund.

How much is an intensive driving course with My Intensive Course?All our course prices vary dependent on several factor. Location, transmission, if you require a theory test and what type of driving test. We recommend you use our "customise my course" option to build your perfect course and get an accurate price for your location and preferences. Simply follow the button below.

What if I fail my theory test?If you have been using the My Intensive Course resources for study, we will see your results. And, if you reach the tuition guide scores and still fail, we will book, manage and pay for all further attempts. The scores you must reach with our study are:

What is the score to pass your theory test?You must score at least, 43 on the multiple choice section and at least 44 on the hazard perception. You must also pass both part in the same test or you will need to resit both parts on the next attempt.

What is your theory test pass promise?Here at My Intensive Course we continue to invest in the best driver training resources there are. And, we have such faith in the resources we us and the access to additional support, My Intensive Course will book, manage and pay for unlimited resits if you follow our training guide and reach the tuition targets we set.

Do I need to pass my theory test before I can book with My Intensive Course?No, you do not need to have passed. We can book your test and help you prepare for it.

Is my theory test included in the booking?No, the booking and fee are not included. However, during the simple, "customise my course" process you will have the option to modify and select, yes. This will add £23 to the course deposit. Your course coordinator will contact you with dates within 24 business hours.

Do you provide theory test training?Yes we do. The theory test is the first step towards a full licence and My Intensive Course have invested in ensuring we are the leading provider of theory test support. You will be able to access: Unlimited multiple choice practice based on the official DVSA question bank 64 hazard perception videos that are identical to the DVSA A free 30 minute zoom call to help prepare for your theory test A one hour online class to master the theory test (£40 supplement) Unlimited free resits if you fail (terms apply) The highway code (digital format) Know your traffic signs (digital format)

Can I change my theory test date after you have booked it?Yes, there is no limit on how many time we move your theory test and there is no admin charge for doing so. However, the DVSA will not allow a theory test to be moved if this is requested with less than three working days notice. *Please note, your course start date can not be confirmed until you pass your theory test. So, by pushing your test back you must accept you are also delaying the start of your in-car sessions.

Is my driving test included in the booking with My Intensive Course?Yes, all courses are priced to include a standard weekday driving test. You can modify this easily during the, "customise my course" process. If you require a weekend or extended test the price will increase accordingly. If you already have a test date, the price will reduce.

Is there a pass guarantee?No, only a DVSA driving examiner can grant you a pass, if you see any companies offering this, you should reach out to the DVSA and report them. However, there are steps you can take to hugely increase your chances of passing and we have made them available to you. They are: Learn to drive pro - animation's (free to customers) Rules of the road and driving test hack online class. Free independent mock driving test. (Head office only) Independent mock test. Pass master course - includes up to 3 tests.

How many driving faults can I have on my test before failing?In the UK you can have up to 15 driving faults. If the same fault reoccurs the examiner has the right to escalate this to a serious fault and that will become a failed test. You are not allowed any serious or dangerous faults on the test.

Can i book another test with you if I fail?Yes, your course coordinator will reach out the day after your test to ask for the result. If you fail, we will ask if you want us to book another. This costs £62. We will send you a link to build and pay for your next test and any additional required hours.
